Pitching
A typical pitching session consists of:
- Hip Mobility Routine
- Shoulder Mobility Routine
- Athletic Movement Drills
- College Throwing Program

Hitting
Hand-Eye cooirdination will always be a staple in any RR hitting lesson. Half of the drills are done with a small bat and golf balls.A hitting session consists of:- top hand + bottom hand- wide grip working bat path and plate coverage- pitch recognition with colored balls- front toss, opposite field- front toss, off speed simulation- overhand BP- video breakdown

Strength Training
Strength and Fitness has always been a passion of mine. Strength sessions vary, we can focus on:- strengthening the posterior chain- increasing ROM and stabilization in the shoulders + rotator cuff- basic macronutrient and supplement research- Throwing rehabilitation + cardio
